April 27th, 2008 at 9:52 pmdial-A-Clutch is a huge rip off… BE WARNED!!!! They will only tell you what you want to hear.. I wanted original parts for my transmission rebuild kit and Tom at Dial-A-Clutch swore up and down that’s what I would be getting from them… When my package arrived the parts were cheap plastic knock-offs, the gaskets were bent in half cause the box was to small and they were too incompetent to find me the right filter… They kept sending me plastic filters when I was promised the original metal filter replacement.., I ended up returning the whole kit and Dial-A-Clutch refuses to refund me the money… They want tracking numbers for a package they had picked up and are calling me a liar… DO NOT USE DIAL-A-CLUTCH for any of your transmission needs… More headaches than help guaranteed… STAY AWAY FROM DIAL-A-CLUTCH BE WARNED OF THE KNOCK OFF PARTS at FULL PRICE !!!!!!!!

July 12th, 2008 at 5:30 amI had the same issue with my honda transmission parts. They told me the parts would all be OEM and they certainly cost as much if not more, but when I got the parts THEY WERE ALL PLASTIC KNOCK-OFFS. then when i tryed to get my refund they would only refund me the 15 dollars?!?! for a filter they claim I ordered. In fact, I ordered a transmission rebuild kit and that is all. When I argue that I would have never bought a filter for 15 when the OEM are more like $50. Long story short, this place lies out of their ass in an attempt to rob everyone.
